Wellness Coaching takes you on an individualized journey of self-discovery facilitated through education, guidance, and the support of a wellness coach. Through in-person, telephonic or video consultations, we can assist with weight loss; reducing cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and stress; and developing routines and plans for exercise, nutrition, and sleep. So whatever your goals may be, establishing a relationship with a wellness coach can help you acquire knowledge, improve strengths, overcome barriers, and achieve better adherence centered around your values and sense of purpose.

Meditation can help reduce physical & emotional stress, anxiety and chronic pain, and improve health, immunity, mood, sleep and attention span - Reiki (ray key) Sessions: $25 for 30 minutes
Reiki is a Japanese technique that increases your life energy facilitated by a practitioner. It aids in your physical and emotional well-being by helping the body and mind to relax, release and restore energy. These can be in-person sessions or distance sessions.
Due to state licensure laws, consults can only be conducted if you live in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Wyoming, or New Jersey.
We offer a variety of services (via in-person, telephonic and video consultations) that may be a good fit for you or your company. Please contact us to discuss your needs and events.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, we request that you give us at least 24 hour notice. If you do not give us notice of your cancellation at 24 hours in advance you will be charged for the missed session. Package clients have up to one year to use purchased sessions. All purchased sessions are non-refundable.
Payment
Payment is due for all services in advance through PayPal on this website.
Health Insurance
Please note that iBalance Wellness LLC does not currently accept any health insurance plans. You are required to pay for all services up front through PayPal. We are able to provide you with a Superbill to submit a healthcare claim on your own for possible reimbursement. Presently, we do not accept Medicare insurance. If you are a Medicare patient trying to obtain services for diabetes, obesity, or renal disease, we are legally not allowed to treat you even if you wish to pay out of pocket.
